John survived the test unharmed. It has been suggested that this statuette derives from a large multitiered baptismal font with niche figures in the Church of Notre-Dame in the town of Hal. --- RELATED WORKS --- CITATIONS --- IMAGES web: https://openaccess-cdn.clevelandart.org/1951.315/1951.315_web.jpg print: https://openaccess-cdn.clevelandart.org/1951.315/1951.315_print.jpg full: https://openaccess-cdn.clevelandart.org/1951.315/1951.315_full.tif
