With an equally dizzying assortment of graphic media, he layers patterns distilled from these varied sources, carefully building up each drawing until it has achieved the desired density. Scattering Conditions, 9 is related to a series of works whose spatial structure is articulated by an overall grid. Circles that hover along the lines seem like notes in a musical composition, at times hushed, staccato, or cacophonous.\r\n",
